Capacitance Range C @ 1 kHz: up to 1 µF
Capacitor Temperature Characteristics: X7R / Z5U
Single Pulse Imax 8/20 µs: 150 A
Single Pulse Wmax 10/1000 µs: 0.1 to 2.5 J
Operating Temperature Range: -40 to +85°C
  • Replaces two components : varistor + capacitor (or diode + capacitor) and saves about 30 % of space on PCB and 50 % of mounting costs
  • Custom designed varicons with required capacitance value, maximum surge current / energy, etc. available upon request
  • In-line Leads
  • Suitable for Pb-free wave soldering according to J-STD-20C
